The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.
Set on the 4th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus-signature Championship Course, this rental property enjoys sweeping golf course, ocean, Maui and Kohala Mountain views. This elegantly designed split level villa offers 2,414 square feet of indoor living and 967 of outdoor living, ideal for privacy and luxurious lounging. Pocket sliding glass doors from the living and dining area open to a generous covered lanai featuring a built in BBQ and wet bar. A regal single flight staircase greets you at the entrance to this serene retreat, inviting you to step in, relax and give way to the beauty and peace within.
Convenient Location: Just a 5-minute golf cart ride to the highly sought-after Waiulu Street community pool, hot tub, and BBQ area—perfect for afternoon swims and al fresco dining.

The capacious living room, dining area, and kitchen occupy the upper level. Vaulted ceilings, upgraded bamboo flooring, sleek furnishings and natural light complement the villa's open layout. Bold and minimalist, warm and earthy, a contemporary Asian aesthetic is expertly woven into the art and design throughout the home. Large flat screen TV and ample plush seating, dining table for six, and bar stools facing into the gourmet kitchen make this area the inherent social hub of the home. Pocket doors open out to the large upstairs lanai with seating for eight. Unwind and gaze out over golf course grounds, lava rock, and colorful foliage to the Pacific Ocean and glorious sunsets beyond. The kitchen offers high end appliances, bountiful countertops, plenty of storage area, and a view of the sea from the kitchen sink. A built-in office nook with printer/scanner/copier resides at the far end of the kitchen with double doors that lead out to a cheerful breakfast balcony.
Downstairs, the spacious and refined Primary bedroom features a king sized bed, covered wooden lanai with modern circular daybeds, and walk-in closet. The ensuite primary bath is appointed with dual sinks, oversized soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. A glass door from the primary bath opens to an outdoor shower deck enclosed by privacy walls.
A lovely bonus room with wet bar, a large flatscreen TV, queen size sleeper sofa and deck adjoins the downstairs primary via pocket doors. This extra space can be used as an additional family room or the pocket doors could be opened to extend the primary suite.
The second bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, CD/MP3 player and a private balcony. A full bathroom with granite countertops and walk-in shower is right across the hall. The third bedroom (upper level) offers a queen sized bed and private balcony looking out on the tropically landscaped courtyard with a beautiful bright red jacaranda tree. The third full bath with granite countertops and walk-in shower lies just outside the door.
Centrally located, this sublime property is within walking distance to the Hualalai center, amenities and shoreline. Your rental comes with one 6-seater golf cart and one 4-seater golf cart for lighthearted and luxurious cruising around the exquisite Hualalai Resort grounds. Boogie boards and beach cooler are also included for excursions full of fun in the surf and sun. This rental comes with complimentary use of a pack-and-play.

Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. The Resort will then work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. For complete details, please reach out to us directly.
